Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. Modern Monk sells digital PDF products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds after access to the file has been provided.

Download Issues

If you do not receive your download link or experience any issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will help resolve the problem. We may resend the download link or provide access again if needed.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with your order information and we will review the issue.

Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact us with your order details so we can help send the file to the correct email.

Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback. We are willing to help resolve access or delivery problems.
